It's time to learn some new funky, adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world, U-JAM Instructors!
Join me for a three-hour Phunk Jam where you can learn easy-to-follow choreography, dance style and technique, mater your cueing skills and help your perfect class connection and engagement skills. This is the workshop that will take you from good to great with personalized help!

Are you ready to take your Group Fitness Teaching to another level??? Let me challenge you from where you are at now in technique, dance style, and cueing and to a level that will allow you to engage and connect with your students in a new way. Need help mastering a specific "dance style"? Our private coaching session will help. I will video tape you and provide feedback as well. I will take you where you are at and push you to the next level.
